Shajahan Mohamed Abdul, or Chef Abdul, as he is universally known, exemplifies his deep roots via culinary masterpieces. His career in hospitality spans almost two decades, having worked as Chef de cuisine for the world’s busiest kitchens. Chef Abdul has a Master’s Degree in Hotel Management & Culinary Science from France. He is also responsible for creating thousands of jobs through his business innovations. Chef Abdul is credited with a portfolio of building global food chains in various segments. He holds many awards to his name, including - "The Best Indian Chef,” "The Best Chef Led Brand," and "Innovative Chef of the Year.”

Mrs. Anagha Bhoir

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics & has work experience of more than 20 years. Before jumping into business, she worked with big tech giants like Tech Mahindra Ltd & Exceed Technologies. Currently, she is acting as a director & stakeholder in Integra Telecommunications & Software Ltd. She is also a significant stakeholder in Fidelis Capital Markets (India) Pvt Ltd & CnerG Foods Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Santosh has extensive 22 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry with Major Brands like TAJ, Jet Airways, Etihad Airways, V1 Hotels, Bhagini Hospitality, Debut Hospitality, and Sreevaslam Groups, with expertise in Customer service, Operations, Workforce Management, Revenue management, Risk management, and Training.

Mr. Gautam Sachdev (GM Franchise Support)

Mr. Gautam is a Hotel Management graduate with more than 14 years of experience working with International Hotel Brands. His domain expertise includes Customer Care, Operations Troubleshooting, Food Cost Auditing, F & B Training, and Operations Auditing.

Chef. Tadi Dharma Rao (Corporate Chef)

Hailing from the South Indian region of Andhra Pradesh, Chef Dharma has a Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management and he has 18 years of experience in cooking the world's cuisines. Chef Dharma innovates recipes and ensures to be delivered to our end customers with the best quality, taste, and presentation.
